About us

A senior practice, deliberately small.

We are not trying to become a thousand-person firm. We are trying to be the team a manufacturer calls when the last vendor left them with something that half works.

Our story

It started with SAP, and stayed with the shop floor.

The practice began in 2009, helping small and medium industry get access to business management software that had until then been priced for much larger companies. That meant SAP Business One — implemented properly, extended where the standard product ran out, and supported afterwards.

What followed was years of building the things that sit around an ERP: counters, gate entries, quality checks, cylinder and freight tracking, GST compliance, portals. Each one came from a real site with a real problem, and several of them became the products we still deploy today.

Dynamatic AI is that practice, carrying the same team and the same discipline, with a third capability added — applied AI. Not as a rebrand, but because the plants we already worked in had data nobody was using and decisions being made on instinct.

We remain deliberately small. The architect who designs your solution stays on it through go-live, and the people who build the system are the people who support it. That is not a slogan; it is the reason we turn down work that would force us to staff it any other way.

Our mission. To give every client software that genuinely fits the way they work — practical, well-engineered, and supported long after go-live.
What we hold ourselves to

Four things we will not trade away.

Honest estimates

We would rather lose the work than win it on a number we know is wrong. An estimate that has to be renegotiated in month three costs a client more than the higher quote they declined.

Written exclusions

What is not included is stated as plainly as what is, before the contract rather than during testing. A proposal that hides its exclusions is not cheaper — only quieter.

No lock-in

Boring, hireable technology. One build, one deployment procedure, source and documentation refreshed with every release. You should be able to hand our work to somebody else and have them run it.

Accountable after go-live

The team does not disappear at handover. Defined response times, a documented support roadmap, and the same people on the other end of the phone.

Where we work

India first, and seven markets beyond it.

Working to Indian statutory requirements and international delivery practice in the same engagements is not a footnote — it is why GST-compliant, audit-ready work is routine for us rather than novel. The work abroad has run across healthcare, logistics, sports analytics and ERP.

Careers

We hire slowly, and keep people.

If you want to own a system end to end rather than a ticket queue, and you would rather work on a plant floor problem than a landing page, we are worth a conversation. We are usually looking for .NET and React engineers, SAP Business One consultants and data engineers.

Most of our engagements start with a conversation about a process that costs more than it should. No pitch deck required.
